I am SO excited to start talking about the Holiday Sparkle Stitch Mix Crochet Along! (Make sure you read the bottom about shipping info 😎)

When I saw the Halloween Sparkle yarn in person, I fell in love. Once I used that yarn and I fell in love how this project is working up, I knew I had to do a holiday version. ❄️🎄

For this Crochet Along I plan to start on or about October 15th. (Assuming acquiring the yarn goes as planned)

I will make (30) 12" squares which is large enough for a queen size blanket. I am allowing for two days per square crochet time, so around the middle of December we'll be ready to assemble and slap a beautiful border on our gorgeous, festive blankets!

There are several colorways of the Holiday Sparkle yarn, and you can choose from a bunch of colors that compliment them in the Worsted 8 yarn selection.

I am ordering 11 skeins total which is 5379 yards. The squares average 150 yards a piece and that means we'll have over 1,000 yards to make a gorgeous, eye-catching border.

The squares included in the Holiday version of the Sparkle Stitch Mix will be similar to those in the Halloween Sparkle. I will include some of the favorites from that and some new stitches/squares to change it up a bit.

About the shipping... I know that with Herrschners shipping is pretty high. 😅 So I have added everything to my cart and am waiting for the next reduced shipping day. Once I know shipping is cheap, I'll let you know, too!
